Last spring, after more than 18 years, the Durham Technical Community College chapter of the American Association of Women in Community Colleges decided to break from the central national organization, disband, and reform as something more specific to our own needs, our own campus, our own community.
Please join us as we begin our adventure as the Durham Tech Community Circle, a new campus organization for faculty and staff designed to support the following guiding principles:
1. Service to the campus community,
2. Support & encouragement for our Durham Tech faculty and staff family,
3. Cultivation of leadership, and
4. Community building in a relaxed social environment.
On these pages, we hope to keep you posted about our events and progress in supporting these principles.
